So what is a wiki? "Wiki" is the Hawaiian word for "quick". It is a web page or set of web pages that can be easily edited by anyone who is allowed access. The site you're on is a wiki but perhaps the best know wiki of all is Wikipedia. The concept of the wiki is a collaborative tool that facilitates the production of group work. Unlike blogs, wikis generally have a history function so that you can see previous versions of the site. They are extremely flexibile and amenable to the group process.
